Fields $85 per day, per field without lights. $115 per day, per field, with lights. Fee includes field prep. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable field deposit of $50 per field, per day is due upon approval. To avoid further charges, cancellations must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, one week prior to event. The remaining balance and the $250 key and trash deposit is due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the event. If there is an exchange of money/registration fee, a $150 Special Event Permit Fee is required and is non-refundable.
Note: From February 1 - July 1 baseball field reservations are scheduled through Fayetteville Youth Baseball - http://www.fybaseball.com/

$35 per day, per court - lights included. Note: Lights not available on Wilson Court 5 or Junior Courts
Non-league participants: $25 per hour with lights - $10 per hour without lights ---- League participants: $15 per hour with lights - Free without lights
Please describe your event in detail - include any requests for maintenance, tents, course maps, trash clean-up, restrooms, parking, music, medical, security, electricity, etc. Attach any promotional materials. If a trail event, list all sections requested. If event is being coordinated by, or in conjunction with a non-profit entity, please include a letter from organization explaining how proceeds will be used. This letter is required for the waiving of any fees.

As a representative for the group and event requested on this from, I have read and understand the attached rules and regulations applying to the use of Parks and Recreation facilities. I will assume responsibility for the adherence to these regulations and policies if the request is approved, including compliance with the following: • The observance of applicable laws and ordinances • Any stipulations or restrictions of the permit • Any stipulations or rules outlined in the Special Event Request Form Instructions/Rules • The applicant assumes all liabilities that may arise
NOTE: Parks and Recreation reserves the right to deny or cancel any program/event that does not meet established rules and regulations, or when the requesting group is unable or unwilling to adequately perform all required duties and responsibilities related to the event, or for similar cause. Renter is responsible for any damages. Excessive and/or perceived intentional damage may result in refusal of any future rental.
